RETURN POLICY

ELISI offers exchange or store credit on selected items, within 15 days from the date you receive your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit your item must:

1. Be in the same condition you received it.

2. Have all labels and tags still attached.

3. Send us an email at hello@elisiverse.com with the details regarding your exchange. 

*PLEASE NOTE* ELISI doesn’t cover any return postage costs.

If you believe your purchase is faulty please also contact hello@elisiverse.com with images of fault before returning or we will not be fairly able to compensate the issue and it will be deemed void.
